KnT1 is for you to work on yourself and is the starting place of all Kinetix practitioners.
You’ll awaken all 12 senses, practice witnessing “what is” and develop the physical, intuitive and intellectual skills to know what is happening inside the bodies, minds and souls of each human being you partner with. Knowing yourself is the first and most important step towards the development of these capacities.
These skills will allow you to know and understand the nature of four reciprocal and facilitating opposite human experiences, and how to work with them wisely:

Before I came to the immersion there was a part of me that believed that at 52, with pain continuing to increase in multiple areas of my body, that I was just going downhill and it was going to continue to go downhill now. And now that's just not the reality I live in anymore.

If you want to join Elisha in the Kinetix practitioner mentorship, you’ll need to attend one KnT1 immersion and complete a year in the School.

Your mission during the KnT1 immersion is to locate the seeds of potential lying dormant within you…and then, to nurture them to life. These seeds represent your unique opportunities for freedom, healing and transformation, and they are found in your experiences of pain, illness, and challenging social dynamics.
Experience Kinetix as both stepper and steppee. Both roles will help you know yourself - as a human being, generally speaking, and as a specific individual with a unique karma and destiny.
Kinetix techniques put you in direct contact with all 4 “members” of your organism - physical (mineral) body, etheric (fluid) body, astral (soul) body and “I” being (ego) - including the aspects of you that think, feel and will.
Through a visceral experience of your fascia, bones, muscles, lymph system, circulatory system, and nervous system, you’ll come to understand the interconnected nature of your organism, why your body is in its current state of health or decline…and what you can do to become a co-creator of healing and freedom with your body and fellow practitioners of this method.

Elisha has been in private practice since 2008, and considers it a sacred honor to teach what she’s learned about the whole human organism through the Kinetix methodology, so others can benefit and pay it forward.
Stefan has been growing and evolving alongside Kinetix since he began co-facilitating Kinetix workshops with Elisha in 2017. He brings a deep well of curiosity and love for humanity to these immersions.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit Forfeiture: All cancellations will result in the total loss of your $1499 deposit.
Non-Refundable Payments: Immersion payments are non-refundable once made, as we must secure reservations with our event centers and catering upon booking. This policy is firm to cover costs associated with your reservation and planning.
No Refunds for Travel Delays or Early Departure: There are no refunds or discounts for late arrival, early departure, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness.
Cancellation by You:
More than 90 Days Before Start Date: While no refund is offered, you may transfer your payment (less the $1499 deposit) to another Kinetix immersion within one calendar year.
Less than 90 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided.
Transferring Your Spot: If you find someone to take your place and pays us in full, we will refund your payment minus the $1499 deposit and $150 administrative fee.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergencies, work obligations). Please refer to our Travel Insurance page for details.
Cancellations by The School For Living Science (the School):
If the School cancels or reschedules the immersion, you may either transfer your payment to another retreat or request a full refund.
The School is not liable for any costs you incur in preparation, such as airline tickets or lost work time, if we must cancel the retreat.
Policy Exceptions: We cannot make exceptions to our policy for any reason, including weather, injury, illness, or personal emergencies.

The School for Living Science will not be responsible for any and all costs associated with your retreat travel.

Are there any contraindications for attending?
YES. This is, in part, why we have an application process that includes booking a Zoom call with Elisha.
If you cannot get up and down off the floor without assistance, this is not the right event for you.
If you’re taking prescription pain medications or any kind of hallucinogenic drugs, we do not recommend attending.
If you’ve just had surgery or are in any kind of acute or debilitating pain, we recommend seeking out a qualified practitioner who can give you the individualized care you may need rather than attending this immersion.

Who is this NOT for?
This isn’t a good fit for you if:
You’re looking for quick fixes for pain, trauma or illness. There are no shortcuts to deep self knowledge and personal transformation.
You know you need personalized support that would be better done with 1-1 private sessions.
You are taking pain medications or are physically incapable of participating in the partner fascia release practices due to other health issues.
You are uncomfortable working with others in a physical, intellectual, social and emotional capacity.
You’re not ready to own where you’re at with sufficient humility to accept current shortcomings and difficult feedback from others.
You’re not ready to do this work in community - which means sharing out loud, speaking in front of groups and working with other people physically and emotionally.
You want step-by-step instructions for every situation you might encounter in the future. My goal is to empower you to source authority from within and develop your intuition.
You expect to become highly skilled overnight or have the skills to open a private practice after the first immersion. These skills will take time and ongoing practice to master, and for some people this means 1-2 years of returning to KnT1 events to acquire professional level skills.
We offer classes, courses and a curriculum that will provide everything you need to step onto this path and reach your goals - whether they are personal or professional (or both).
But we can’t do the work for you.
Kinetix - as a way of knowing - and this level of self transformation is difficult. It’s also really rewarding. But some people are simply not ready to devote themselves to the work required to become skillful.
